Air Quality and Noise Impact Analysis

DESCRIPTION:

The United States Postal Service retained Tech Environmental for air quality and noise impact analysis in support of the state and federal environmental review process for the new regional mail processing center which covers Boston's western suburbs. To minimize noise impacts on nearby neighborhoods, Tech designed noise barriers to mitigate both trucking and loading dock noise, provided post-construction monitoring to document compliance with City and State noise regulations. Finally, Tech Environmental provided technical support to the Postal Service in neighborhood meetings and litigation.
