Greenhouse Gas Analysis

DESCRIPTION:

Tech performed a greenhouse gas analysis (GHG), following appropriate protocol, for the re-located Nantucket Cottage Hospital. Tech performed the study for comparison of the Base Case and the Mitigation Alternative Case. Using energy design software, Tech calculated both project energy use and CO2 emissions. From the modeling, Tech concluded the Mitigation Alternative would reduce both parameters. The reduction in project energy use was 15% and the net reduction in CO2 emissions was 12.8%.
