Sound and Flicker Impact Study of a Proposed Wind Energy Project

DESCRIPTION:

Tech performed acoustic and shadow flicker modeling of the proposed 3.4-MW North Perry Wind Energy Project. Maximum wind turbine sound levels at the closest non-participating residences are below an applicable State Noise Standard of 50 dBA. Shadow flicker from the turbines will not significantly impact nearby residents.
