DESCRIPTION:

The Milford Public Schools were informed by the MassDEP that they failed to submit a Source Registration emissions package on time for the Milford High School. The due date was long past due and the school system was ordered to submit the emissions package immediately, or face a notice of noncompliance (NON). Tech Environmental was able to assist the school right away by collecting the appropriate fuel use information and preparing the requested emissions package within one day. The package was successfully submitted to the MassDEP.
