As part of his multi-site assessment for Solar Plastics, Mr. Jones developed strategies to identify and observe permit thresholds, complete daily compliance check-lists, institute housekeeping best practices and update record-keeping practices. He led creation of staff training curriculum, site compliance practices that could be managed locally, and operations logs to support permit renewal and acquisition requirements. Mr. Jones tailored his permit compliance strategies to this mid-sized company that relied on in-house facilities and engineering staffs to manage them effectively.
