DESCRIPTION:

The Chestnut Hill residential development in Brighton, MA needed to evaluate potential noise impacts within the building and ensure that its residences were not being exposed to unreasonable levels of noise.

Tech assessed the potential noise impacts of surrounding industrial and roadway activity around the building along the property line and determined compliance with the Department of Housing and Urban Development's (HUD) noise guidelines. Noise levels were found to fall within HUD recommendations.
