DESCRIPTION:

At an asphalt and soils recycling plant, numerous noise and odor complaints were made by nearby residents. Tech staff worked with the local Board of Health to assess noise complaints from the asphalt batch and soils processing operations. An odor assessment during liquid asphalt loading operations was performed. Using the collected data, Tech demonstrated that the facility is operating within compliance.
