An inactive sand and gravel site with a co-located concrete batch plant had an active ready mix batch plant and concrete recycling operations. Tech staff were hired to complete a field assessment to determine permit compliance. Tech confirmed that stormwater permit coverage and site management practices were in place and assured federal regulators that site management practices were adequate to protect local resources from stormwater runoff.
