Existing Sound Level Documentation

DESCRIPTION:

Conroy Development was proposing a Chapter 40B residential development (low/moderate income housing) in Middleboro, Massachusetts adjacent to a previously developed Cirelli Foods warehouse and office space facility.

Tech Environmental completed a sound study to document existing ambient sound levels at the site for comparison federal housing guidelines published by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The monitoring results demonstrated that interiors of the buildings would have acceptable sound levels for human habitation.
