Residential Air Quality and Noise Impact Analyses

DESCRIPTION:

A proposed residential project in East Boston, Massachusetts, consisted of two levels of underground parking and retail spaces with floors two through six consisting of a combination of studio, and one and two bedroom units. . A mesoscale air quality and noise analyses for the proposed project was required to satisfy permitting requirements.

The noise study determined that the proposed Project would comply with the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) Noise Policy and City of Boston Noise Regulations. And, the air quality analysis demonstrated that the project would not have a significant impact on air quality.
