Asphalt Plant Air Permitting Due Diligence

DESCRIPTION:

A confidential client was interested in purchasing an existing asphalt batch plant in the Hyde Park section of Boston, Massachusetts.

On the behalf of the client, Tech Environmental conducted an air permitting review of the facility.  This exercise involved reviewing air plan approvals and annual emissions reporting documents and all other compliance documentation.  A site visit was conducted, where Tech Environmental checked the consistency of existing equipment and operations with the DEP air approvals, as well as the adequacy of on-site record-keeping to prove continuing compliance with the current air permits.
