DESCRIPTION:

A leading electronics manufacturer was considering an additional machine in the woodshop that would share the existing exhaust system.  There were concerns that poor air quality could result from this change. 

Tech Environmental conducted an indoor air quality assessment at the woodshop where employees were typically exposed to airborne particulate matter during a work shift.  The testing was conducted to determine the current dust levels in the area and to assess the ability of the current air handling system to handle an additional sawmill machine.  The measured levels were shown to be safely in compliance.
