DESCRIPTION:

Tech Environmental performed a greenhouse gas analysis on behalf of Coler & Colantonio, Inc. for the Sharon Commons Lifestyle Center in Sharon, MA. Tech quantified carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions for build base case and mitigation conditions. Six mitigation measures were devised to reduce the project's direct and indirect energy-elated emissions of CO2 by approximately 25% and 30%, respectively.

Additionally, reasonable and feasible transportation demand management measures are expected to reduce the CO2 from Project-generated motor vehicle trips by approximately 5%. The overall proposed mitigation is expected to reduce the Project's overall CO2 emissions by approximately 20%.
