DESCRIPTION:

Stormwater management upgrades to the Sugarbush Village road and runoff treatment systems were necessary. These gravel roads were identified as prime sources of water quality impairment. Tech staff coordinated regulatory approval, implemented mitigation design plans, field oversight of stormwater control installations, and project closure reporting to grantors. The result was measureable water quality improvements and ultimately de-listing local streams from the federal 303(d) list of impaired waters.
