Noise Analysis for BRA Permitting

DESCRIPTION:

Conroy Development Corporation was required to perform a study of shadows for a proposed 10-story apartment building named Neponset Landing as part of Boston Redevelopment Authority (BRA) permitting.  Tech was asked to perform this work.

Tech calculated the extent of shadows for a 10-story building, and the shadows were drawn onto base maps. A short report was written that included and discussed the figures.  This study helped the project proceed to completion.
