SERVICE:

Analysis of Motor Vehicle Emissions Impacts

DESCRIPTION:

The Wayside Commons retail project in Burlington, Massachusetts required a mesoscale air quality analysis of motor vehicle ozone precursor emissions as part of the Massachusetts Environmental Policy Act (MEPA) process. Tech was asked to perform the analysis as a subconsultant to the BSC Group.

Tech predicted emissions associated with motor vehicle traffic to and from the project in a manner approved by the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (MassDEP). The analysis met the requirements of the MassDEP and MEPA. Wayside Commons is now open for business.
