Sugarbush Ski Resort Performance Review

DESCRIPTION:

Mr. Jones was charged with maintaining all permitting and compliance records for ski and golf resort operations. He compared and contrasted Sugarbush's compliance procedures with another Vermont resort, Smuggler's Notch, as well as reviewing legacy practices left in place from Sugarbush's inclusion in the American Skiing Company portfolio. Mr. Jones proactively created a revised permit compliance tracking tool to share with all resort facilities to identify regulatory burdens and facility stakeholders with compliance reporting responsibilities. This new tracking tool was the primary mechanism to compile all permits, routine compliance tasks and identify permit amendment, renewal and new permitting needs.
