Noise Analysis for Library Construction

DESCRIPTION:

Simmons College, located in downtown Boston, proposed to replace its library with a new building. Tech Environmental was retained to perform a noise impact analysis for the project.

Tech performed noise analyses for the Draft Project Impact Report (DPIR) for the Simmons Library project. As part of this project, Tech performed noise monitoring, an analysis of noise impacts from mechanical equipment, and a demonstration of compliance with local noise ordinances.
