DESCRIPTION:

Acting in a case coordinator and lead analyst role for the State of Wisconsin, Tech staff applied rigorous application standards and inter-agency reviews for new electric generation and transmission development projects. In review of individual applications, staff led internal engineering, multi-agency environmental and rate impact due diligence analyses. Base­d on an approved application packages, Tech staff completed due diligence reviews of environmental impacts of preferred scope, analyzed project alternatives and furnished professional testimony support analyses at public hearings.
