Gas Fired Dryer Air Permit

DESCRIPTION:

BED and FERCo (Future Energy Resources Company), partners in the Vermont Gasification Project, decided to add a gas-fired rotary drum wood dryer to the Vermont Gasification Project. A non-major source permit modification application to FERCo's non-major source permit (for the flare) was prepared. A hazardous pollutant analysis was conducted and a refined modeling analysis for PM10, TSP, and NOx was performed for all sources at the McNeil Station.
